Hearth Wings restaurant brings the warmth (and the Asian fusion menu) to San Jose

Saigon Street. Korean kick. Thai Chile.

Fire Wings, a chicken wing chain that specializes in Asian fusion flavors, has brought their hot menu to San Jose.

It is the first South Bay location for the Sacramento-based company. Fire Wings was founded in 2015 and has since expanded across the capital region and Central Valley to several cities in the Bay Area – Alameda, Berkeley, Concord, Fairfield, Hayward, San Mateo, and Vallejo – as well as Southern California and Texas.

Customers can choose between seven classic flavors, seven dry mixes and seven fusion flavors. In addition to the Vietnamese, Korean, and Thai-inspired flavors, the latter category includes Beijing, Dragon, Classic Teriyaki, and Peanut Butter, a variant of satay.

Both traditional and boneless wings are on offer, along with three fried chicken sandwiches (Original, Buffalo, and Nashville Fire), Asian and Thai chicken salads, as well as garlic noodle side dishes, tater tots, fries, and more.

The restaurant is open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and offers snacks, delivery and outdoor seating.
