School Soccer Video games on CBS Sports activities Community – Watch Nevada vs. San Jose State, begin time

Boise State was in the national spotlight on November 6th when BYU hosted a showdown of highly regarded non-power conference teams on Friday night. The Broncos were 2-0 and were ranked 21st at the time, while BYU ranked 7-0 and 9th. A win would have catapulted Boise State into the national rankings and made the Broncos a contender for a New Year’s Six Bowl game. The Broncos lacked the top two quarterbacks, however, and they lost 51-17, largely preventing them from continuing their season off the national radar.

But the Broncos have regained their form in two games since taking on the nation’s second-longest streak in Saturday’s regular season final against Wyoming. This is one of five games to be shown on the CBS Sports Network this weekend. The Broncos (4-1) have won 13 league games in a row, ranking second after their winning streak at the 20-game conference in the US state of Ohio. With second quarterback Hank Bachmeier in the line-up, Boise State looked like one of the top teams in the group of five again.

The Broncos have pretty much secured a spot in Mountain West’s title game, but they can close their regular season with a statement on Saturday and potentially position themselves to reclaim a spot in the polls with a win next week’s Mountain West title game .

But before we get to that game, the action begins on Friday with another showdown in Mountain West, when Nevada is host to the state of San Jose. Both teams are among the best of the conference this year and are looking for a place in the conference title game.

Here’s how to air the college football action week 15 on the CBS Sports Network.

Storylines: Nevada (6-1) has won 10 of the last 11 in the series and three in a row, but the Spartans (5-0) are on the rise under fourth-year coach Brent Brennan and could be poised to take a win in a high-stakes game to steal as this year’s winner will position for the Mountain West title game. While it’s still technically a home game for the state of San Jose, the competition has been moved to Las Vegas due to COVID-19 restrictions in the Spartans home country.

Storylines: Buffalo has already secured a spot in the MAC title game, but the Bulls, who rank 24th in the AP poll, will remain undefeated as 32.5-point favorites against 1-4 Akron. It’s the Bulls’ first game since Jaret Patterson, who set an FBS record with eight touchdowns in a 70:41 win over Kent State on November 28th. It takes Patterson 80 yards to become only the 12th player in FBS history and reach 1,000 yards in five games.

Storylines: The Broncos (4-1) have likely already earned their spot in the Mountain West title game but can finish the regular season with a 14th consecutive conference win if they do business in Wyoming. Boise State’s only loss came to BYU in the non-conference game when it missed its top two quarterbacks. Otherwise the sailing went smoothly as the Broncos won their four league games with an average of 21.8 points. Wyoming (2-3) suffered a shocking loss to previously winless New Mexico, but the Cowboys narrowly played a 20-17 loss to Boise State last season.

Place: Big Screen Stadium – Fort Collins, Colorado
TV: CBS Sports Network [Channel finder]

Storylines: Utah state head coach Gary Andersen resigned after a 3-0 start and the Aggies are now 5–1, and their only win comes against low New Mexico. The search for a new trainer continues. Colorado State is under former Boston College coach Steve Addazio, 1-3 in its freshman year. The Rams have canceled three games over COVID-19 issues, but they should be able to end the season strong if they enter the competition on Saturday by 13.5 points.
