The San Jose Meals Help Program supplies meals to these affected by COVID-19

SAN JOSE (BCN) – Members of the San Jose community who have faced difficulties due to COVID-19 can participate in the city’s nutritional aid program, city officials said.

As of October 21, the City of San Jose has been partnering with Off The Grid and Veggielution to provide free home delivery services to community members at high risk of serious illnesses from COVID-19, as well as those suffering from work or business interruptions for food offer because of the pandemic.

The program delivers free groceries such as fresh produce, whole grains and protein weekly until December 30th.

Individuals who participate in another food program such as CalFresh are not eligible for this assistance program.
